Christians in Wenatchee come together to March For Life.

WENATCHEE, WA. Sunday, June 28 — Approximately 250 people gathered Sunday evening at the Chelan County Courthouse for the annual March for Life, hosted by Wenatchee Right to Life. The event featured worship, prayer, local speakers, and a peaceful march through downtown Wenatchee in support of the sanctity of human life.

Throughout the evening, speakers celebrated the fourth anniversary of the overturning of Roe v. Wade while reminding attendees that the work of protecting unborn children is far from over. They called on Christians to continue defending the unborn, speaking the truth with love, and standing firmly for biblical justice.

One of the evening's most memorable challenges came from adoption and foster care advocate Heather Carlson, who reminded the crowd that the pro-life mission extends beyond a single event.

"Today, we march. But, what will you do tomorrow?"

Carlson encouraged those in attendance to continue serving throughout the year by supporting mothers, mentoring families, volunteering with local ministries, and demonstrating Christ's love in practical ways.

Following the rally, participants marched peacefully around the courthouse green and along Chelan Avenue, publicly affirming the value of every human life while praying for an end to abortion.

The NCW Heritage Council was honored to stand alongside fellow Christians committed to protecting innocent life and supporting mothers throughout North Central Washington.
